Please read these Terms carefully. They explain the rules
for using the Crevix website and working with Crevix on
digital projects.
01 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the
Crevix website and any services provided by Crevix
("Crevix", "we", "us" or "our"), a digital agency based
in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.
By using this website, contacting us about a project, or
accepting a quotation or proposal from us, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the
website or our services.
02 Our Services

- Web Design & Development
- UI/UX Design
- Graphic Design

- SEO
- Digital Marketing
- Google Ads
- App Design & Development
- Video Editing
The exact services, deliverables and conditions for each
project are described in the written quotation, proposal
or agreement we provide to you (the "Project Agreement").
03 Quotations and Project Scope
A project starts only when both parties have confirmed
the scope in writing. This can be by email, WhatsApp
message, signed proposal or accepted invoice. Quotations
are valid for the period stated in them.
Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change
request. We will confirm any additional cost or time with
you before starting that work.
04 Your Responsibilities
To deliver good work on time, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, images, logos and access that the project needs.
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, every material you give us.
- Give feedback and approvals within a reasonable time.
- Keep your account credentials secure and share only what is necessary.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business and your content.
You are responsible for the content you provide to us.
Please do not ask us to publish anything unlawful,
misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
05 Timelines and Delivery
Any timeline we give is an estimate unless we state
otherwise. Timelines depend on receiving content,
feedback and approvals from you on time. Delays caused by
late materials, changes in scope or third-party platforms
may move the delivery date, and we will keep you
informed.
06 Fees and Payments
- Fees, deposits and payment milestones are set out in the quotation or invoice.
- Payments are due by the dates stated in the Project Agreement or invoice.
- Unless stated otherwise, third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, plugins, themes, stock media, software licences, advertising spend and platform fees are not included in our fees.
- We may pause work on a project while an invoice is overdue.
- Whether a deposit or payment is refundable is stated in the Project Agreement.
07 Revisions and Approval
The number of revision rounds is stated in the Project
Agreement. Please send clear, consolidated feedback so we
can work efficiently.
Once you approve a stage of the project, such as a
design, later changes to that stage may be treated as a
change request. When you approve the final delivery, or
use the deliverable live, the project is considered
complete.
08 Intellectual Property
- When you have paid in full, the final deliverables created for you are transferred or licensed to you for use in your business, as described in the Project Agreement. Until payment in full, they remain the property of Crevix.
- Our pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, templates and know-how remain ours or our licensors'. You receive the right to use them as part of the deliverable.
- Third-party assets such as fonts, plugins, themes and stock images are covered by their own licences. You are responsible for following them if you continue to use those assets.
- Your content stays yours. You allow us to use it only to deliver the services.
- Unless you tell us in writing before the project starts that it is confidential, we may show the finished work and describe our role in our portfolio and marketing.
09 Third-Party Services and Platforms
Our work often depends on third-party platforms such as
WordPress, Odoo, hosting providers, domain registrars,
Google (including Google Ads and YouTube), Meta platforms
and WhatsApp. These platforms have their own terms,
policies and limits, and they can change or become
unavailable. We are not responsible for services we do
not control.
10 SEO, Marketing and Advertising
SEO, digital marketing and advertising results depend on
many factors outside our control, including search engine
algorithms, competition, budgets and market conditions.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, leads,
sales or return on investment.
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google are
separate from our fees unless the Project Agreement says
otherwise.
11 Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information that you share
with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the
services. This does not apply to information that is
already public, that you ask us to publish, or that we
must disclose by law. You agree to treat our non-public
proposals, pricing and methods the same way.
12 Use of This Website
When you use this website, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the website.
- Copy, scrape or reuse the website's content, design or code without our permission.
- Submit false or harmful information through our forms.

control, so we cannot guarantee that they will be free of

14 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crevix is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses,
including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or
business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service is
limited to the fees you paid to us for that specific
service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that
cannot be limited by law.
15 Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. If a
project ends early, you agree to pay for the work
completed and the costs committed up to the date of
termination, as described in the Project Agreement.
We may suspend or end access to the website or services
if these Terms are breached. Sections that by their
nature should continue, such as intellectual property,
confidentiality, payment and liability, remain in effect
after termination.
16 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We
encourage you to contact us first so we can try to
resolve any concern in good faith. If it cannot be
resolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the
competent courts of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, unless
the Project Agreement says otherwise.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last
updated" date at the top shows the current version.
Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not
change a signed Project Agreement without both parties'
consent.
